All products sold on piccushion are custom-made based on the photo(s) you provide.

Because our artwork is personalized:

• Minor differences between previews and final printed products may occur due to screen and print variations.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand the subjective nature of custom art.

3. Photo Requirements

You are responsible for uploading high-quality, clear images.

We reserve the right to request new photos if the image quality is insufficient to produce a high-quality result.

4. Revisions & Approval

If your order includes a preview:

• Revisions must be requested within the timeframe provided.
• We will not print your order until final approval is received.
• Excessive revision requests beyond reasonable adjustments may incur additional fees.

Once final approval is given, the order enters production and cannot be changed.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

• Orders cannot be canceled once artwork has begun.
• Custom products are non-refundable after approval and production.
• If there is an error caused by us, we will correct or replace the item at no additional cost.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Customs delays
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, website content, and branding are the intellectual property of Iconic Paw.

You may not:

• Distribute
• Modify

Any artwork created by us for you remains our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

However, you are free to use your purchased portrait for personal use.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Emotional dissatisfaction due to artistic style preferences
• Delays beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
