Can I change my order?

You may request to change your order within 5 hours of placing it.

✔ As all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than quality issues. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a free replacement.


❌ Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to customer design errors, incorrect size selection, low-resolution images, or change of mind.

📩 If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
